We deliver to the Denver Metro and surrounding areas. We provide free delivery to most areas within the Denver Metro Area. The areas further away from the city of Denver may include a delivery fee. If your event is outside of our delivery area you can still give us a call at 720-400-5508 to see if we will be able to deliver. Based on the day or how many orders we have going out, we might be able to go out further than usual.

When reserving over the phone only a credit card number will be required to make a reservation. The remaining balance can be paid C.O.D. upon delivery or with a credit card paid before on the day of delivery.
We recommend you reserve about 1-2 weeks in advance. Since we have a limited number of certain styles of products it is a good idea to reserve weeks ahead of time to ensure availability. For park orders it is required to reserve at least 3 days before the event date for insurance processing.
Yes, we handle the delivery, setup and pick up for all bounce houses. We will coordinate with you for the delivery and pickup times so the products are set up before your event starts and picked up after your event finishes.
RAIN POLICY: In case of rain or severe weather conditions (high winds exceeding 20mph) during your rental date, customer is allowed to cancel the same day as delivery without any cancellation fee (also pertains to forecasts with probabilities of rain or high winds greater than 50% likelihood). Customer MUST CALL and cancel before 9am on the day of the event. If customer cancels the order, it will be canceled for the rest of the rental period with no guarantee that we can deliver if weather conditions get better.
If customer decides to go ahead with the order even though the weather forecast says it will rain, but it is not actually raining at the time, then we will go ahead and deliver the order. However, if it does start to rain during the rental time, WeeJump reserves the right to cancel the order, due to safety concerns.
During rain/inclement weather, it is unsafe for anyone to play inside the inflatables, therefore we do cancel orders during raining/inclement weather days. However, since people do have events and parties that are usually planned out weeks/months before, we give customers the option to deliver the order or cancel it for days that are predicted to rain.
It is the customer’s responsibility to call WeeJump to cancel their order or go through with it during these rain/inclement weather days before 9am . If customer decides to cancel order once WeeJump driver has already arrived at their location, than WeeJump reserves the right to charge customer a cancellation fee for not contacting before delivery and for making our driver do the labor work and drive out to your location.
Yes, the blowers used to pump the bounce house is included in the rental price.
Yes, all of our products are fully disinfected and cleaned after every use. We take hygiene very seriously, that is why we fully inflate every product at our warehouse and clean them after they are returned.
All of our inflatables are new this year 2013.. We always renew our products to make sure they have all of the latest safety features in the industry.

It is rare for a product to malfunction, but if it does happen during your event we recommend you give us a call so we can help access the problem.
